Industrial action by Unions: I believe that unions should take action when a wrong is perpetrated against a worker or a group of workers, but have a problem with strikes around annual salary increases.  I think legislation should be enacted that makes it a little more difficult to call for a strike around this issue. It costs the country billions anually in lost income, which hampers growth to a certain extent....
