its more than that
Iv suffered with stress, anxiety & depression as long as i can remember.
& the last couple of years it just gets harder & harder to pull myself out of it.
I keep everything in until 1day I just cant hold it altogether anymore!
I have no1 to turn to.
My son needs me to happy & Im not.
