I know. That is not what I meant. What I mean is: There is people out there that has families and are suppose to be the sole provider. Now he/ she doesnt have a job and is begging for money(for survival). I am talking about the unqualified person. For them its hard to get a job. What I want to know is: Is there places or instances that can help these people? Even to place them into a job with a little bit of money. A little bit is better than nothing, isnt it? And what can we as regular people do to help such a person other to keep him/ her on the street begging for money?

lol, its not everyone who has to find a job you know? some have the potential to create jobs and yet they are wasting themselves away sitting in some peoples offices.
