Ryan,....when we initially meet this guy we are blinded by love and over come by emotions but after a while we do see their true colours ,unfortunately by this time we have fallen deeply in love.

Well if you see there true colours shoudn't you then realise that you are gonna get hurt?

At this point we are already hurt,depending on the commitment of this relationship some people are forced to stay if there are children involved.

A simple answer also will be that she does not have the same feeings towards the good guy as he does for her and while going through this problem noticing another may be the last thing on her mind.

Well then i guess love hurts in the sense that you state below cause at the end of the day you decide if you want to fall inlove and how much you will fall not so?

Falling in love is not completly by choice,it just happens......
Yes,we get hurt by the people we love and yes, we can choose to remain or break up this relationship but it does not mean that you will stop loving that person.
