What do you do when your boss is a complete moron and you can't kill him..?

I have a boss from hell who is so stupid that I am left dumbstruck by the sheer levels of idiocy he achieves each day. Any advice on how to deal with him? Please??

Get out of there while you still have your sanity and before you go postal. Stupid bosses are the rule rather than the exception. Get used to it if you want to stay in the job corps. Grow a thick skin, become an entrepeneur, win the Lotto etc. Or better work smart and get promoted above him and then sack his ass!

so he is a complete and utter moron and u can't kill him...... itz a shame that all the good jobs are given to idiots who really don't know wat they are doing and need us the ones who do deserve those positions to help them! hire an assasin and take him out of the equation, lol! seriously, just get a job were u don't have to lose the last bit of sanity that u have left.
ps: i was only joking about getting an assasin to kill him

If he is your boss it means he is not stupid because he is not working for you

Who is paying who at the end of the month?
Who is working for who?
Who needs to tell lies when he/she is late at work? it is you clever
Your boss doesn't need to explain to anybody,why is he late

Act idiotically when he is around, just enough to irritate the hell out of him, but not enough to get fired. Do not lose self confidence and never let him get to you. If that doesnt work seek better oppurtunities.

Hmmm... agree with there. My boss is a friend on Face book, but believe me, I am not going to invite him over to cool town.. There I play it cool, here I am under cover... Nobody knows me..
