firstly you will need to accept the reason/s that lead to this broken heart and maybe take time alone to gather your thoughts and mourn the love lost, unfortunately the pain is a reminder that this love did exist and will ease off with time, remember that as each day passes it will be less painfull even though you may not notice it.
Kagiso, I am with you. I lost the most wonderful husban in the world just over a year ago. But there is nothing on earth to bring back the dead, so I moved on only to get disappointed again. A month ago I broke an engagement. BUT I thank God every day that I have been spared of more misery had I gone ahead with the marriage. I have been spared of possibly losing everything else I own. I have been spared of moving miles from my family. I have been spared of a whole lot of issues which cannot be listed here. I am grateful. Just think about the good that will come out of the bad. We grow strength from our misfortunes and do you know what?.......... we can become wiser if we really want to see ourselves progress. Just get out of that dark hole, take a good friend with you and move on, start living again. Memories will come and go and they can slice deeply, BUT the success of a man is not measured by how high he climbs, but by how quickly he gets up after a fall. Sometimes you don't know the answers to your questions. That is ok, start asking new questions. Good luck my friend, as you keep learning from your past.
